We recommend using Slack for real-time communication. You’ll be introduced to your team during onboarding and invited to collaborate directly via Slack channels or direct messages.


Where should I share files or give feedback?

For urgent updates, send a Slack message to alert the team.


What if my files are too large?

Use Dropbox or Google Drive to upload large files and share links with the team. We can also provide limited storage if needed.


How does billing work?

Payments are automatically drafted monthly based on your service agreement and payment method on file.


Do unused coaching sessions roll over?

No. Coaching sessions do not roll over month to month.
